		<description>Microsoft can also try what Autocad has done with ribbon. The used the big letter A for Autocad and big letter I for inventor with a small drop down arrow. Google for Autocad screen shot with ribbon and you can understand that. Likewise the word can have a big W and excel can have a big E, and power point have a big P, all with a small drop down arrow. Some sort of branding is always required to have pride in the product.</description>

		<description>Very well written, I completely agree. I absolutely loved the Ribbon in Office 2007 but with 2010 pretty much every change they made is a step backwards. I really hope they get rid of the guy who&#039;s in charge now if he keeps making stupid design decisions like this.</description>

		<description>I too am really disappointed by the orb disappearing. It made so much sense and really cleaned up the archaic title bar UI.
Changing it to a tab/button has made it a lot more fiddly but no clearer for the end user than the Orb so what was the point? I would love to hear Microsoft&#039;s reasoning for this.
